I am a bit disheartenend that red pepper is not a daily veg., as previously I had thought it was. It is the one that seems to get mentioned a lot in talk about vit. C. It took me months to get my pigs to eat pepper of any colour, now they love it, and I thought I was doing well by them, by making sure they had red (and yellow, orange and green) every day! Ho hum. |
