Question Babies

In late June I bought two guinea pigs from a pet shop, they said they were both sows. So, yesterday, I come back from my trip finding a note from our petsitter that we have now have 3 baby guinea pigs. They were born about 2 weeks ago. I have no clue what I should do.
Can you help?
