You can put a towel in the sink or tub. Only put a couple of inches of water in the sink or tub. You can use warm water but not too hot. You can use a cup but don't pour water on the head or ears, in fact don't wash the head or ears, you can wash under the chin though. I keep my pigs out of the cage until they are dry, you can use a blow dryer on the lowest setting keeping it at least 12" away from the pig and blow dry your pig. Then give a good combing/brushing when dry.

I use a Q-tip moistened in water to clean the outer part of the inside of the ear. Do not stick anything in the ear canal.
