We have Meijers in Indiana as well. The fish always have ich or fin rot or velvet (you get the idea). The sad thing is that they probably don't even break even when it comes to fish sales, and it doesn't matter since they take in such a profit from other sales that it's justifiable. I did manage to save a sickly hamster though. The best part is I didn't pay one red cent for him since I was able to berate the manager in front of an audience. |
