Pigger - I'm sorry for the loss of your chinchilla. For safety reasons, chinchilla's should live in a cage where the openings between grids/bars/whatever are no more than 1/2".
Guinea pigs and chinchillas are very different, and thus have different safety needs. We're going to be making a thread about this soon. In the meantime, I'm glad you've changed your cage to make it safer for your chinchilla. |
