| Re: Vegetarian Ok so I had my first veggy meals today. I am not going to be a vegan, but might drop eggs and milk. And definantly going to take a ton of vitamin supplements this time.
Breakfast-Cereal (cheerios), with soy milk (soy milk is a big change from regular milk)
Lunch-Veggie Soup (with no chicken broth)
Dinner- Salad with salsa and lots of tomatoes (I love tomatoes!!!!) |
