Is there any scurfing at all? If a piggy starts scratching and developing bald patches it is usually one of two things, parasitic infestation or fungal infestation. You have to find out which one it is before you can go about treating it. If its fungal the ivermec will be useless. Parasitic infestations usually cause little to no scurfing with fungal infections causing lots of scurfing. If you aren't sure I would consult a vet who should be able to tell you what the problem is.
