Hehe I was just chatting to Dad and talking about how I'd like to build something challenging (i'm an engineer by nature and always have a project on the go, its always for the animals and i'm currently designing a luxury dog house for one of our dogs LOl.)
Well anyways I said i'd love to build an aviary and he actually said he would consider it! We have all the materials here, colourbond roofing, metal grid, the metal poles even screen doors. So all we'd really need to get is some type of wire to wrap over the grid because its just that bit too big to use for a budgie. It would take two secs to wrap mouse wire over it though.
So maybe I'll get a proper avairy, if i did it would probably measure 2 m (w) x 2m (l) x 1.8 m (h). which would give Rej a true chance to fly. Ooooh I'm sooo excited I hope he agrees!
