Um, that sounds like a rather abusive situation, are there children in the house? That sort of carrying on is very damaging to children, even if it isn't really "serious".
I would call the police, Better safe then sorry, and if it is just pure dramatics, then it may teach them a lesson in communicating more effectively, without involving the neighbours! |
