| I agree. An aquarium would be dangerous. A small C&C cage would be good but make sure that it is shaded as the hot sun coming in the car for a long period of time could be deadly. Also MAKE SURE that you DO NOT leave your pigs in the car during daytime stops for food, bathroom etc. The temperature in the car can rise to fatal levels in just a few minutes if the weather is hot.
In addition to a C&C travel cage (mine was 1x1 when I had one pig but now I have two so I plan to turn it into 1x2) you might want to get a travel bag that you can tote them into restaurants, etc with you so they don't overheat in an unattended car. |
